Account Information
When you create a GoldFrame account, we collect your email address and the username you choose. This information is used to identify your account, allow you to sign in, and personalize your experience.

Location data is used only while you are actively using the app for these features. We do not track or store your location history beyond what is needed to verify a museum visit.
Camera and Photo Library Information
If you choose to add a memory photo to an artwork you've seen, GoldFrame requests access to your device's camera and/or photo library. Any photo you add is stored privately and is only accessible to you — it is never shared with other users or made public. You can replace or, by deleting your account, permanently remove these photos at any time. Granting this access is entirely optional; you can continue using every other part of the app without it.
Collection Data
We store information about the artworks, artists, and museums you interact with, including items you mark as "seen," your collection progress, saved trips, and your responses to daily challenges. This data allows the app to function and lets you track your progress over time.
Usage Information
We may collect basic information about how you use the app, such as which features you access, to help us improve GoldFrame. We also use automated crash and error reporting to help us detect and fix technical problems — see "Third-Party Services" below.
